1000 round case of 7.62x39 8M3 124 grain hollow point ammo for sale. Made by Ulyanovsk Cartridge Works, SKU number UL07628M3. Packed 100 rounds per box, 10 boxes per case.

You asked for 8m3 spec 762x39 ammo, SGAmmo delivered. Here at SGAmmo we love 7.62x39 ammo (and guns), and over the years had a large number of requests to locate 8M3 spec ammo that had gone extinct back around 2002. We went to the manufacturer and importer of UCW ammo and put our $$$ where our mouth is and had it custom made for our clients. This ammo features the 8M3 124 grain hollow point projectile, a polymer coated steel case (UCW no longer offers lacquered case), and mil-spec sealant applied to the case mouth and primer pocket to water-proof the cartridge. The projectile has a magnetic bi-metal jacket covering a lead core. The manufacturer is OJSC "The Ulyanovsk Cartridge Works". The importer is 'Tulammo USA Inc'. This product SKU is exclusively distributed by SGAmmo.com thru the end of 2017. We hope you enjoy this retro 7.62x39 ammo option that we had resurrected.

Customer Reviews

i got one case of this and it's in great shape but for the plastic dividers that for the most part were al broken. ammo was not damaged and i know it will shoot ok. haven't had a chance to fire any of it yet but know it will be great shooting ammo as others who have fried it and video's showing how well it shoots out there. so not worried about ammo. got this for home defense as it is less likely to over penetrate then the full jacketed ammo. have made a lot of purchase's from SG Ammo over the years and as with all other purchase's shipping was fast and the people there are the best. being here in Oklahoma we do have to pay the tax on items but the owner gives us a break by only having us pay half the shipping cost, i know of no where else that does that for local customer's. keep up the great work and so glad you're in Okie country, God Bless you all.
Bought 2k a month or two ago. Weather finally cooperated today to get out. NICE, from a kneeling position out of an Arsenal I was shocked at the accuracy. Good stuff and don't doubt it's claim of devastating wound channel. Going to buy more.
Accurate enough out of my mini draco 2/3 man silhouette at 200 yard open sights can't miss with this tula. Also full expansion on water filled milk jugs out of my mini draco with only 7 3/4" barrel!!!
I have used these on deer and hogs. I have made shots from 10-300 yards. Absolutely devastating! Often times there is no exit wound, but the internal damage is brutal mutilation!
Just got in two cases and opened one. Hope to buy more, soon. Perfect outer packing but the silly plastic internal round holders are kinda wierd. In over 35 years of gunning I've never seen that way of packing bullets, mother bear must have her own ideas. The ammo is pristine, clean and has full red sealant like 7N6. I don't know if I'll try to pack this in 40MM cans as is or dump it in loose into 30/50 cal cans for LT storage, but I have confidence that this is real butt kickin 8M3 and it's always a pleasure to buy from SG ammo. Kudos to them for supplying us this great SHTF ammo that is still cheap enough (for now) for training and target shooting. With the possible impending Russian ammo bans (Trump will help or screw us on this) it may not be available for very long. That will make me sad. Not to mention this ammo is awesome as a small to medium game hammer..
Awesome ammo. Real 8M3. Best SD 7.62x39 available in the United States. However the packaging from the Uly cartridge plant sucks. The white plastic clips are mostly broken from being shipped half way around the world. 20 round small boxes next go around if you can Sam!
Much better performance out of the longer barrel sks. This is what I would take when bugging out with my custom 1000 round front and back stripper clip sks vest.
Bought 1000 rounds the ammo is great shipping was fast as always. First time ive ever had a issue with any ammo from sgammo. The outside box was in great shape got to the ammo inside and some of the plastic clips are broke all the cardboard ammo boxes are ripped and has puncture holes from the ammo itself. I dont think this was caused from sgammo but quailty control for packaging from tulammo was horrendous on my case. Now i have to figure out how im going to store any of this since the originally packaging is not usable.
I justed ordered another couple hundred RDS after buying a few hundred couple months aga to try out this newly MFG. 8M3 ammo. Performs great! Only difference aside from the tulammo 100rd boxes they now come in is the casing coating is NOW polymer and not the old style lacquer as original 8M3 was. Not a big deal at all. Who cares as long as the bullet fragments and behaves as 8M3 is supposed to. And it DOES perform to 8M3 standards. Plus, the polymer coating won't gum up your SKS rifles like lacquer. AKs aren't as picky to coatings and shoot dry steel casings just fine too. These are fully sealed in both the primers and projectiles. Full mil-spec sealed! I sure hope SGammo acquires more of this for 2018. It will sell well for them and is best ammo for us regular shooters.
Great ammo! My only gripe is these stupid plastic clips Tula is using for packaging now. I can get 1k rounds into a 50 cal ammo can if they'd use the standard 20 round boxes. In these stupid 100 round boxes (or even loose) there's no efficient way to store them.
